Helen Patricia, of Westwood, NJ died August 11, 2014 at Hackensack University Hospital. Born in Teaneck, she resided in Westwood for many years. She was predeceased by her parents; Frederick and Margaret Fish, her brother Frederick Fish, and her sisters Eileen Panaccione, Jean Marie Fish and Maryanne Meehan. Pat is survived by her sister Loretta Thompson, 3 nieces; Donna, Kathy and Jean Marie, five nephews; David, Richard, Daniel, Stephen and Robert, her grandniece Rebecca and grandnephew Christopher. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Good Counsel, Township of Washington, NJ on Thursday at 10:30 AM.
