Frederick Davis Rink Jr., age 74 at rest in Teaneck on August 16, 2021. Beloved father of Lisa Rink Lawton and her husband Kevin of Washington Township. Dear grandfather of Dylan, Ryan, and Vanessa Lawton. Mr. Rink was predeceased by his parents Frederick Davis Rink Sr., Charlotte T. Rink and his sister Pamela DeSerio. Also survived by his nephews Erick and Robert DeSerio. Born in New York and raised in Dumont, NJ his family moved Norwood, NJ. After moving from Norwood, he resided in Bergenfield. The last year or so, Mr. Rink was a resident of the Inglemoor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Englewood. He was Distribution Manager for Volvo of North America and continued working in the auto industry for many years. He was also a Volunteer Fireman for Norwood, NJ. He joined in 1973 becoming a member of the NJ Fireman's Association as an exempt member and relief member, serving 17 years in the company. Services and cremation will be private for the family.
