TERHUNE, Charles H., 89, of River Vale, NJ, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2012. He was born in Jersey City, NJ to Charles and Nellie Terhune. Beloved husband of the late Geraldine E. Terhune. Devoted father of Alan Terhune and his wife Mary, and Dennis Terhune and his wife Karen. Loving grandfather of eight grandchildren and cherished great grandfather of fourteen great grandchildren. The family will receive their friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9PM. The family will gather with their relatives and friends for the Funeral Service at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Old Tappan, NJ on Thursday at 10AM. Interment will follow at Hackensack Cemetery, Hackensack, NJ. Memorial gifts may be made in Charles’ name to Veteran’s Home of Paramus, NJ.
