Charles H. F. Philpps, Jr., 79, of Emerson NJ, formerly of Haworth, NJ, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2013. He served his country proudly in the US Army 11th Airborne Division during the Korean Conflict. Charles was an avid golfer and member of the Haworth Golf Course. Beloved brother of Betty AnnMarie and her husband Frank. Loving uncle of Kenneth F. Walter and his wife Debbie and Mike Walter and his wife Dot. The family will receive their friends at Becker Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 8th from 4-8PM. There will be a funeral service at Becker Funeral Home on Thursday at 10AM with the burial to follow at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton, NJ.
