Sandra Lee Carpenter

Sandra Lee Carpenter, age 77, of Orange County, CA passed away January 23, 2022 in Chula Vista, California. She was born on January 18, 1945 in Portland, Maine to Dorothy Armenia and Fredrick Coleman McCarthy.

She graduated from Santiago High School in 1963 and Bartmore Beauty College in 1965. She worked for State Compensation Fund for 18 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church Westminster for over 45 years. She is proceeded in death by her Father and Mother; Fredrick and Dorothy McCarthy and her husband; Jerry Carpenter Sr.

She is survived by her 6 children; Jerry (Vanessa) Carpenter of Smiths Grove, KY, Jay Carpenter of Henderson, CO, Freddie (Mary) Carpenter of Trenton, NE, Cherece (Galen) Lohse of Odell, NE,

Jon (Joanne) Carpenter of Chula Vista, CA, Catherine Wilson and Chuck Ozanne of Springfield, TN.

Siblings; Donna (George) Jackson of Corona, CA, Tom (Callie) McCarthy of Wildomar, CA, Fred (Lindsey) McCarthy of Riverside, CA, Julie (Bruce) Mair of Caldwell, ID, and several Nieces and Nephews whom she loved dearly.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Westminster with Pastor Joe Davis officiating. A private interment will be scheduled at a later date at Westminster Memorial Park.
