Nancy Hsia Lee of Huntington Beach passed away on March 10, 2020 following a short period of declining health. Nancy was born in Shanghai, China on August 25, 1942. She was born to the late Chang Van & Julia Hsia plus her adopted parents Charles & Marie Twiner. She is survived by her loving husband George, son Roderick, his wife Joyce, son Daryl, older brother John of Columbus, Ohio, younger brother Thomas of Sao Paulo, Brazil and their families..nieces & nephews. Nancy attended Incarnate Word High School in San Antonio, Tx and graduated from the University of Texas Austin with degree in microbiology and licensed as Medical Technologist with training at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital in Houston. Nancy was a devout Catholic and taught RCIA at Sts. Simon & Jude Catholic Church in Huntington for over 10 years. One of her passions was ballroom dancing which she and her husband & friends did almost every weekend until about 3 years ago. She also enjoyed traveling.. especially cruises with large dance floors. She had a very academic mind and helped her sons with their school work when needed, especially drilling them for the spelling bee which both sons won the OC contests. Final services will be a funeral Mass at Sts. Simon & Jude Church on Wed. March 25th. at 10 AM
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Sts. Simon & Jude Catholic Church or the Franciscan Friars in memory of Nancy.
