Joe Boardman was born in Liverpool, England on May 22, 1929. He grew up in Liverpool during World War II. Joe worked at the shipyards and became an engineer in the British Merchant Marines. After marrying the love of his life, Edna, they had a baby daughter, Anne. From England they sailed to South Africa to live. Joe and his family moved on to Toronto, Canada before taking a cab 3,000 miles and settling in Orange County, California. Joe moved to Hemet in 1990. Joe loved music and performed up until his passing. He is survived by his daughter, Anne (Glenn), and grandson's, Sean and Dylan
