Frank was born April 20, 1951, in Santa Ana, California. He worked as a construction foreman and later as an office specialist with Edison, until his retirement.
He is survived by his wife, Rachel, his son Frank, and daughter Tonya. His grandchildren Tony, Valerie, Crystal, Ricky, Vanessa, Nicole, Joshua, and Sergio, and his great grandchildren Tony, Kyla, Nathan, and Cruz. He is also survived by his brothers Jimmy and Henry and sisters Lupe, Annie, Patsy, and Gloria.
He is preceded in death by his other daughter Tina, his parents Frank and Soledad, and sisters Mona, and Rosie.
The visitation and rosary will be held at Westminster Memorial Park Mortuary, in the Main Chapel at 14801 Beach Blvd, Westminster, CA 92683, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, January 31, 2019 . The rosary will be held at 6 p.m. officiated by Deacon Ramiro.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11 am., Friday, February 1, 2019, at St Polycarp Catholic Church at 8100 Chapman Ave, Stanton, CA 90680.
Burial will be at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery at 7845 E Santiago Canyon Rd, Orange, CA 92869, immediately following the Mass.
Serving as pallbearers will be Tony Mercado, Rick Maldonado, John Olmedo, Tony Teposte, Arthur Salazar, and Jim Gonzales.
