Dr. Cuong Xuan Phan, age 82, of Westminster, California passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021. Dr. Phan was born August 6, 1939.
All prayer services and visitations will be held at Peek Funeral Home - Chapel 5, 7801 Bolsa Ave, Westminster, CA 92683.
Burial service will be held at Loma Vista Memorial Park, 701 E Bastanchury Rd, Fullerton, CA 92835.
Prayer services will be Sunday, January 9, 2022 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Visitations are available on Sunday, January 9, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Monday, January 10, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
A funeral service will occur Monday, January 10, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Peek Funeral Home - Chapel 5, followed by a burial service from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Loma Vista Memorial Park.
