Donna Arlene Rodriguez, 62, of Huntington Beach, California, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2019. She is survived by her daughters, Tracy Hibben and Marissa Rodriguez.
Donna was born in Texas, to her parents; Hershel Ray Chaney, and Shirley Ann (McBee) Chaney.
