Donna Lynn Rapp

Donna Lynn Rapp passed from life through death into eternity on July 19, 2017 at the age of 68. She was born December 25, 1948 in Santa Ana, CA to Buck and Evelyn Hockersmith. A Hesperia resident for 14 years and a nurse by trade, she enjoyed cooking for her family, playing bunko with her girlfriends, volunteering at the thrift store, and was helpful to friends and strangers alike. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, her son (Carl Kenneth Rapp), and recently her sister-in-law (Joy Hockersmith). She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Carl William Rapp; daughters Michelle Rashid & Rachel Kristofic; and three grandchildren (Joel Rashid, Chase Rashid and Hannah Rapp); and four brothers (Ken, Brad, Don and Ron Hockersmith), A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 2:30pm at Westminster Memorial Park (14851 Beach Blvd. Westminister, CA) in the Main Chapel. In leu of flowers a donation remembrances can be made in her name to theBridge Church (www.thebridgelive.org).
