Carmen S. Horton, age 91 passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2021. Carmen was born January 1, 1930 in Guatemala.
A chapel service for Carmen will be held Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 2:30 PM at Westminster Memorial Park, 14801 Beach Blvd., Westminster, CA 92683, followed by an interment.
