Calvin Danh Dang of Garden Grove, California passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 8, 2023. He was only 56 years old. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by his sudden death. Calvin was born on January 17, 1966 in Saigon, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
Calvin is survived and missed by his loving, newlywed wife, Phi Thi Hoang Pham, and his son, Taylor Thien Dang. He is forever cherished by his parents, Thom and Hue, and his three sisters, Sara, Teri and Stacy. His memory lives on with his nephews and nieces: Alex, Andrew, Harry, Tiffany and Trinity.
Calvin had strong values and was very liked by everyone. He rarely spoke, mostly smiled and nodded, which exude his quiet demeanor and incredible patience. He loved to travel, having traveled all over Asia. At home, he was an avid IT geek. He was constantly upgrading his sisters’ laptops.
Anyone who had known Calvin would agree that they feel blessed to have experienced his kind, gentle and compassionate soul. He is ever loved.
