Annie Q. Hong, 76, of Long Beach, California passed away May 12, 2019, with her family by her side. She was born to Lam Quang and Muoi Hung Tu on September 26, 1942 in Saigon, Vietnam. She found her partner for life at the age of 22, when she married Benny Hong on January 16, 1962. Together they started a successful rice wholesale business. In 1980 she emigrated to Long Beach, California with her family to start a new life. After saving enough money she and her husband bought a business and operated it until 1999. Annie was an accomplished business woman who loved to travel and the finer things in life.
She lived her life to the fullest with absolutely no regrets. Annie is survived by her husband Benny, her six children, Eric Hong, Christine Le, Tran Phaingdy, Lan Soeur, Paul Hong, and Kiet Hong. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
