Toni Kaye Whelan

Life long resident of the Conejo Valley, Toni Whelan, passed away on July 15, 2022 in Thousand Oaks, CA. She was 60 years old. Toni was born in Escondido, CA, to parents James & Patricia Ostrander. Toni is survived by her husband, Chuck Whelan, and her sister Cheryl Ostrander Burr. She is also survived by three adult children - Caitlin, Corey, and Connor, along with her two grandchildren - Stevie & Charlie. She is also survived by a daughter-in law, Alyssa Whelan, and son-in-law, Steve Matarazzo. Toni lived her entire life in Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, and Oak Park. She graduated from Agoura High School in 1979. She enjoyed a long career as a hairstylist. Toni will be best remembered as a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Memorial service for Toni will be held at St. Jude the Apostle, 32032 Lindero Canyon Rd, Westlake Village, CA 91361 on Saturday, August 27th, 12:00pm (noon).
