Mom was born in Hamilton-Ontario, Canada, to the late Neil Philip and Irene Julia Skingley. Mom was predeceased by the “love of her life and Soulmate” Richard Ellis Miller, her brother, Frederick William Skingley, her Stepdaughter, Cathy Jo Gove, her grandson Jamie Loya, her sister-in-law and her husband, Lila June, and John Woodrow Parsons, her friends, Ruth Bertha Gove, JoAnne Gove. Mom is survived by her daughters, Wendy Warren, Jodi Marr, adopted daughter, Mariaelena Miller, Stepson, Michael Miller and his wife, Mary Meserve-Miller, Son-in-law, Doug Gove, Sister-in-law, Ellen Terese “Dolly” Skingley, her nieces and nephew-in-law, Sheri Lynn Skingley, Patricia and Egils Vigants, her grandchildren, Lena Jeanette and Jarret Jeremiah McIntyre, Rianne Jo and her husband, Todd Timothy Lorenzen, Amanda Marr, Desirae Loya-Hemmis and her Husband Russ Hemmis, Jarret Phillip Loya, Travis Marr, Colton Marr, and Daniel Ellis Miller, and grandnephew. Her great-grandchildren, Jaden Loya-Hoepker, Marhianna Jane McIntyre, Makinzi Gregory, Luke Timothy, Wyatt Douglas, and Kennedy Jo Lorenzen, Jamie Edmond Lucky-Loya, and Roen Loya-Hemmis. Mom’s service will be held at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks-Griffin Memorial Park, located at 5600 Lindero Canyon Rd., in Westlake Village, on February 17, 2023. The funeral mass at Pierce Brother’s chapel is at 10:00 am (will be also live streamed), and the interment at 11:00 am. A celebration of life will be held at 12:15 pm., at Mom’s house, located at 2815 Hilary Court, T.O.
