James Ray Tubb was born on July 29, 1949 in Ohio to James and Inez Tubb. Jim was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. After the war, Jim went into the drapery industry where he worked for 40 years before retiring. Jim passed away on November 7, 2022 at the ae of 73. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Debi May Tubb; children, James J. Tubb, and Dustin M. Tubb (Tracy); grandchildren, Kailynd, James, Brodie and Ashlyn. Jim’s memorial service will be held Friday, November 18th at 10am at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks-Griffin Mortuary, 5600 Lindero Canyon Rd, Westlake Village, CA 91362.
