Frank was born in San Francisco, CA and attended the University of California, Berkeley. He received a BA degree in Architecture from the College of Environmental Design. Frank worked for several architectural firms throughout Los Angeles.
Survived by wife, Annie; daughters, Robin (Ed) of Camarillo, CA; Stephanie, Scottsdale, AZ; and son Michael (Nancy) of Atlanta, GA; and grandchildren; Lauren, Scott, and Maizy; sister Emma of Berkeley, CA , brother Henry (Melanie) of Castro Valley, CA.
The service will be March 3, 2012 at 11:30 am at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks, Westlake Village.
