Ernie Fierro, 56, passed away May 26, 2012 following a long and difficult illness. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends who will love and miss him dearly. Despite having lived in Las Vegas for the past 4 years, Ernie lived 52 years of his life in the Conejo Valley and still considered this his home.
Ernie is survived by his wife, Joanne after 22 years of marriage; daughters Elisha Fierro-Harrell, Brianna Holmes and sons-in -law Jeremy Harrell and Mike Holmes; 4 grandsons – 8 year-old Austin, 7 year-old Jordan, 19 month-old Parker, and 9 week-old Carter.
Ernie also leaves behind brothers Al, Frank, Ron, Gregory; sister, Debbie, and 12 nieces and 6 nephews.
He is preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby and Jose; mother, Cora; grandson, baby Jeremiah.
Services will be held at Valley Oaks, 5600 Lindero Canyon Rd., Westlake Village, Ca. A private viewing for family and friends will be at 6 p.m., Sunday, June 3 with a Memorial service and graveside service Monday, June 4 at 10 am. A reception will follow the service.
