Arthur was the loving son of Irving & Ann and brother of Jack & Stanley. He served his country during WWII as a member of the Army's 35th Infantry Division from 1942 until he was honorably discharged in 1945. In civilian life, he was a successful executive for the Taylor Wine Company, and he served his community as a civic association president, newspaper editor and Little League coach for more than 20 years.
Arthur was the beloved husband and patient caregiver to our departed mother Sonia, and later in life, to our departed step-mother Millie. Arthur was a caring father to Jayne & Lee, and devoted grandfather to Mindy and Amanda. Artie was also the consummate "father figure" to his sons-in-law, daughter-in-law and extended family.
We are infinitely proud of our Dad and Pop Pop for the honorable life he led and the legacy he leaves behind. His good humor and cheery disposition were as boundless as his capacity to care for those who were blessed to know him.
