Mark A. Hayden Sr.

He was employed as an operator with Phillips 66 Clifton Ridge. He was a 1983 graduate of Westlake High School. He was a loving father and grandfather who loved spending time with his family. He made his profession of faith and was saved at the age of 9.

He is survived by his wife, Tracy Hayden of Westlake; mother, Lela Hayden of Westlake; son, Mark Hayden Jr. of Westlake; daughters, Summer Hayden of Westlake and Alexis Korn of Lake Charles; brothers, Gary Hayden and wife, Sandy of Abbeville and Kenneth Hayden and wife, Fonda of Westlake; sister, Becky Authement and husband, Ralph of Carlyss; grandchildren, Amber and Hunter Martinez of Westlake; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Emmett Hayden; niece, Jessica Hayden Daigle and a nephew, Kenneth Dale Hayden Jr.

His funeral will be 11am, Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake. Visitation will begin Tuesday, 5pm-9pm and Wednesday 8am until service time. Burial will be in Westlake Memorial Park. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
