Lorena Marie Johnson

She was born in Basile, Louisiana to Benjamin and Joyce Richard Fontenot. Lorena lived in Westlake for over 70 years. She was a member of St. John Bosco Catholic Church, the Catholic Daughters and the Alter Society. Lorena retired from Calcasieu Parish School Board as a bus driver. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her sons, Otis "Bobby" Johnson, Jr. and wife Sonja of Houston, TX and Ben Douglas Johnson and wife Rene of Sulphur, LA; daughters, Linda Gail Johnson and Margaret Goss both of Westlake, LA and Bobbie Jean "Pookie" Fontenot and husband Randy of DeQuincy, LA; 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 5p.m. to 9p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake with a rosary at 6p.m. Her funeral will be at 11a.m. Friday at St. John Bosco Catholic Church.
