Kyle Henry Naegele

We are deeply saddened to announce the unexpected passing of Kyle Henry Naegele, who died at the age of 60 on Saturday, October 26, 2024, in New Orleans, LA. Kyle was born on December 19, 1963, and raised in Westlake, LA.

Kyle had a deep love for the outdoors, finding peace and joy in camping and canoeing along the river.

Kyle is survived by his brother, Jerry Naegele (wife Heather) and their children, Noah and Ethan, of Westlake, LA. He is also survived by his nieces: Amie Naegele Freeland (husband Ryan) and their daughters, Grace, of Moss Bluff, LA; Blair Schamber of Roy, UT; Christi Doran Hocker (husband Jeremy) and their children, Aaron and Allie, of Milanville, PA; as well as great-nephews and nieces: Nathan Naegele (children Stetson and Holden) of Reeves, LA, and Brynli Naegele of Sulphur, LA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Carol Naegele; his sisters, Kelly Burns and Cindi Doran; his brother, Kenneth Naegele; and his nephew, Jacob Naegele, and niece, Sophie Naegele.

A graveside service to honor Kyle's life will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Magnolia Cemetery in Westlake, LA.
