David A. Hoover, 61, of Westlake, Louisiana passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2020. David was born on September 6, 1959 to Norman Hoover and Nellie Baker Hoover.
David was a native and lifelong resident of Westlake, LA. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion and was Past Commander. David retired as a Fabricator from EPSCO for over 30 years. He loved spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed the outdoors, having a cold beer and ferrets. He was also an avid knife collector.
David is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Hoover.
Those left to cherish his memory are his Step-Son, Jimmy Doolan (Kathy) of Moss Bluff, LA; Step-Daughter, Tracy Wingate; one Brother, Brad Baker (Pauline) of Westlake, LA; one sister, Shelly Womack of Westlake, LA; numerous Nieces, Nephews and Grandchildren.
