Charlie Buller Jr.

Charlie Buller Jr., 86, of Westlake passed away Thursday, February 25, 2016 at home with his loving family by his side. He was a native of Buller Settlement and attended Fenton High School. He joined the Navy shortly after graduation and proudly served on the U.S.S New Jersey. He went on to work for Conde Vista as a shift supervisor at the VCM Plant for decades before retiring to the golf course to perfect his game. Charlie lived in Westlake for the past 61 years where he and his wife Dee raised 6 children.

Those left to cherish his memories are Patricia Delores “Dee” Buller, his wife of 62 years, Sons; Anthony “Tony” Buller (Kathy) of Lake Charles, Dr. Charlie Buller III (Lisa) of Westlake, Theodore “Ted” Buller (Vanessa) of Lafayette, Andrew “Andy” Buller (Lorraine) of Westlake, Daughters; Carla Hymel (Bryan) of Lake Charles, Jennifer “Jenny” Gibbs (Ricky) of Nashville Tenn., 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, brothers; David Buller, Clyde Buller, Richard Buller, Sister; Barbara Inez Savant. He was preceded by his parents; Charlie Sr., and Mary Buller, brothers; Cecil Buller and Andrew Buller, sisters; Jewell Burks and Margie Palmer.

Visitation to be Saturday February 27, 2016 from 4-8:00 pm at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake with a Rosary Service at 6:00 pm, and will resume Sunday at 12:00 pm followed by Graveside Services at Hebert Cemetery in Hecker, LA at 3:00 pm.
