Betty Jo Landon

(1928-2015)

In Loving Memory of Betty Jo Landon, 87, who was the Matriarch of five generations, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at her residence. She was a resident of Westlake for 60 years and was a member of Westlake United Methodist Church. She loved her family and friends and was crazy about all of her grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory is three daughters, Barbara McGuire of Woodville, TX, Cynthia Johnson of Westlake, LA, and Susan and husband Steven Manuel of Baton Rouge, LA. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and 14 great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Landon, her parents, Willard and Irene Ramsey, three brothers and three sisters.

Services will be held at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake, LA on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 5pm. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2015 from 2:00-7:00pm and will resume on Monday, July 5, 2015 from 3 until the time of the service.
