Mr. Peter Roderick Strachan

January 2, 1935 - December 19, 2013

Peter Roderick Strachan passed away peacefully in North Vancouver on Thursday, December 19, 2013, with his wife Gail, and his daughter Karina by his side. Peter was an astute businessman and enjoyed great success in business development, real estate and investments. He had a lifelong love of travel and history, and forged many memories on numerous trips abroad shared with his family. Peter was also an avid gardener, a lover of poetry, a skilled bridge player and a loyal friend. He was appreciated by all those close to him for his generosity, fine mind and sharp wit. Peter is survived by his wife Gail (son Graeme, daughter Karen, her spouse Wallace, grandchildren Rowan and Eryn), his daughter Karina (mother Juulika, spouse Stephane) and his grandchildren Alicia and Samuel.
