Sincere condolences to the family of Peter and Pat from the West Vancouver Seniors' Activity Centre.  Peter and Pat will be remembered for their many years of volunteering, and always with a smile for everyone.

How can one say goodbye to a couple that had so much influence in my life.  I met Peter when I started to work at the WV Seniors Centre. It was my job to plan the trips that Peter drove.  Of course it wasn't long till I met Pat and we shared many laughs on the trips we went on together...including the time she showed up to play tennis at Manning Park in two different tennis shoes.  Peter looked out for me like I was his daughter even though Pat always called me his girlfriend.  I feel so lucky to have known them both.

My thoughts are with the family of Pat and Peter.  Met Peter when he was a driver for the Ferry Building, and later for the WV Seniors' Activity Centre.    Pat gave great hugs whenever I met her.  Two beautiful people and I will miss them both.

The McCallum family sends our sincere condolences to the family. We have known Pat and Peter for many, many years and will miss them dearly.

To the family,
Peter and Pat were two of the first people we met when we moved into Tiffany Place five years ago and they made us feel immediately welcome. That we owned a spaniel (albeit a Cavalier King Charles), allowed us an instant rapport. Pat and Peter's genuine warmth was apparent at every meeting in the elevator or lobby. Our sincerest condolences.

As a fellow driver at the West Vancouver Seniors Centre we travelled together on many trips around BC and Washington State.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you James, David, and families.  It seems like just yesterday your parents were so strong and active, vibrant and fun.  Your Dad's great stories, your Mom's passion for animals (especially dogs) made us smile.  Take care of each other now - cry together, laugh together and grow stronger as a family . . . as a legacy to those two great people who are your parents.

Losing a parent is never easy - regardless of the age or stage of life.  We did not know your Dad but he was clearly an interesting an accomplished man.  Our thoughts are with you as you remember him.

My wife and I would like to offer our sincerest condolences to Jamie and David and their families. "Uncle" Peter and "Auntie" Pat were my Godparents and long time friends of my Mother and Father. I have many memories of crazy "dog days" playing at their house when we were very young, many holiday dinners, Uncle Peters love of Nanaimo Bars, our Mother's collective shock at their young boys witnessing the adult content of the movie Little Big Man... and so many more. I will miss his dry wit, always useful advice and fathomless love of life.

The Swansborough family would like to extend our sincere sympathy to the Power families. Our thoughts are with you all at this difficult time.

I would like to offer sincere sympathy to the Power family.  My sister Marlene is married to James and Peter an Pat and their family always included me in their family events.  Special memories of picnics at Ambleside, Easter egg hunts for the grandchildren and many, many family dinners.

My families sincere sympathy to the Power family. I remember Mr. Power when I was growing up. My father,  Denys H. Back was a past president of the BC Aviation Council, Chairman of the BCAC Safety Committee , Ambassador of the Abbotsford International Airshow 1967? as well as numerous other associations. My father passed away in 1993 but my mother is still residing in West Vancouver. 
I do remember Mrs. Powers' love of dogs and her training abilities.

I lose another very dear friend but a very special one as well with Peter's passing. I regret not staying in touch more now and I always will have that regret. Peter and I did some wonderful things together and always with so much respect and in so many places. My love to Pat whom I have not seen either for so long.
