Jean Pamela Goodman

It is with sad and heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Pam on the morning of January 26. She is survived by her devoted husband of 63 years George, her loving children Victoria, Stuart, Gillian, daughter-in-law Naomi and grandchildren Alexandra, Hayley, Spencer and Emi. Pam trained at St. Thomas's Hospital, Nightingale School of Nursing and graduated in 1948. She immigrated to Canada in 1958 and settled in West Vancouver where she was a tireless volunteer. She was involved with St. George's School and Crofton House School Auxiliaries, The West Vancouver Tennis Club, The Garden Club and also Communities and Nations in Bloom. Pam was awarded West Vancouver Citizen of The Year for 1998/99. There will be a Celebration of Pam's Life February 8, 2014 at 1 p.m., St. Stephen's Anglican Church, 885-22nd Street West Vancouver.
