Emily Cordell Scott

On September 5, 2011, Emily May Cordell Scott passed away peacefully to be with the Lord, surrounded by her family at her son’s home. She was predeceased by her husband John Thomas Scott and her brother John Turley Cordell. She is survived by her children Tom (Pam), Susan and Sara, and by her eight grandchildren Dan (Amber), Dave (Jessie), Jordan, Meg (James), Jaime (Josh), David, Christopher and Katy, and by her great grandson Dylan. She is also survived by her brother David O. Cordell (Sally), nephew David R. Cordell (Martha), all of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and niece Carol Cordell Mullins (Keith) of Denver, Colorado. Survivors also include the widow of her deceased brother John, Patricia Camblin Cordell of Tulsa, and John and Patricia’s children, Dr. John C. Cordell of Berkley, California, Kathleen Cordell Meredith (Ken) of Tulsa, and Clark R. Cordell of rural Pryor, Oklahoma. A Memorial Service will be held at West Vancouver United Church, 2062 Esquimalt Avenue, West Vancouver, on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Come celebrate Emily’s life with her family.
