Passed away surrounded by his loving family on
November 21, 2018 in North Vancouver, BC. Dave
is survived by his loving wife Pat of 61 years; son
Tony; sister Diana (Robson) Austen; a nephew;
niece and many other relatives and friends.
Predeceased by his son Dan in 1986 and his
brother-in-law John Austen in 2007.
Celebration to honour David’s Life will be held at St.
Edmunds Parish, 545 Mahon Avenue, North
Vancouver, BC on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at
11:00 am. A special thank you to the doctors and
nurses of Lions Gate Hospital and the North Shore
Palliative Care Program for all their support and
compassionate care of Dave. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made to the North Shore Pro-Life
Society or North Shore Hospice in Dave’s memory.
