Mrs. Alexandra Thompson

September 10, 1941 – April 23, 2013

Sandy passed away peacefully on April 23 at St Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver. She leaves behind a loving family including husband Harry Alan (Al), sister Sonia O’Donnell and Sonia’s sons Nic and Eric. The extended family is made up of Barbara Thompson and daughter Courtney, Harvey and Simone Thompson and their son Keith and daughter Kristi, and brother-in-law David Young and son Ryan. Sandy’s grace, determination and infectious spirit will be sadly missed by family, friends, and associates.

Cremation has taken place and remains will be interred later this year at a family service in Ontario.

A Vancouver Memorial service will take place at 2pm Thursday May 9 in the West Vancouver United Church, 2062 Esquimalt Ave West Vancouver with reception to follow at Capilano Golf and Country Club.
