Trudy Anne Utley

Trudy Anne Utley beloved daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother age 57, passed away in her home November 16, 2022 in West Valley City Utah. She was born August 30, 1965 in Salt Lake City Utah to Ronald Brent Johnson and Ruth Anne Frazee. She married Drex J. Utley on May 9th ,2013 at This is The Place Heritage Park. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Our mother loved life. She had many talents. Perhaps her most practiced, and observed was her ability to care for others. She was a skilled dancer, gymnast, and artist. She loved her animals, music, camping, and riding ATVs.

There was always a song in her heart and a smile on her face. She was tiny, but she loved big. If you knew her, you would know that small beautiful frame concealed a strength and attitude words cannot possibly define.

What she loved and protected most of all was her family. She was our mother by blood, but a mom to so many others over the years.

She is survived by her husband Drex J. Utley Sr. Her children Brianne (Justin) Denny, Taylor Mineer, Hailli (Tanner) Isom, Chelsea (Jason) Mckee, Drexell Utley Jr., and Chancelor Utley. Her mother Ruth Anne Frazee. Mother-in-law, Gloria Trujillo Utley. Her siblings Tammy Johnson, Ryan (Jennifer) Johnson, and Tina Johnson. Grandchildren Theo Denney, Aden Denney, Breesa Utley, Rylie Mckee, and Jaxon Mckee. Niece and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Ronald Brent Johnson, grandchildren Kaiden Mckee and Brooklynn Mckee.

Services will be held Monday November 28, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Granger S. Stake Center, 4251 South 4800 West. Viewing will be Sunday November 27, 2022 from 5-8 PM at the Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South and again on Monday morning at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park
