Kearns, UT Moises M. Lucero, age 86, passed away February 27, 2012 surrounded by his loving family.
He was raised in Petaca, New Mexico, and later moved to Bingham, Utah. At age 22 he married Adela Salazar in 1947. He was a WWII Navy Vet. Retired from KCC after 45 years as a heavy equip. operator. He loved the outdoors, dancing, woodworking, and cherished his family. His wit and humor we all shall surely miss. He is survived by his loving wife, Adela; children, Larry (Debbie), Kathy (Tim) Anderson, Randy (Stephanie) and Janice (Dick) Wimmer; 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 4501 W. 5215 So. The family will receive friends at a visitation Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 W. 4100 So. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
