Melvin Orson Hall, age 92, passed away December 1, 2012 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Mel was born September 11, 1920 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Charles William Hall and Marjorie Anthony Ross Hall. He married Estella LeNea Marshall on April 2, 1949 in Salt Lake City. Mel served in the Army Air Corp during WWII. He worked for 37 years with and retired from Christensen Diamond Products. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, Wendover, the Denver Broncos and loved the Utah Jazz. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Mel is survived by children, Nancy (Ed) Topolnicki, Dennis (Janet) Hall, Patty (Milton) Bingham and Sandra (Kelly) Doe; 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Estella.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 W. 4100 S. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
