Mary Jo passed away on July 13, 2010 at home with her family. She was born on July 10, 1941 to Frances Lynn Nuzman and LaVeryl Smith in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Mary Jo excelled at accounting and later chose to teach small children in the Community Action Program (Headstart). She married Nolen Wayne Moss on November 25, 1977, they were later sealed in the L.D.S. Temple on March 16, 2000.
She is survived by 1 sister, 2 brothers, 3 sons, 3 step-sons, 19 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, 2 sisters, 1 brother, 1 step-daughter and 1 grandchild. She will be loved and missed by many.
Funeral Services for Mary Jo will be held Friday, July 16, 2010 at 12:00 noon at the Valley View Funeral Home Chapel, 4335 West 4100 South; a viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
