Born on December 2, 1948, Karen's life began alongside her identical twin sister, Sharen Roskelley (nee Olson), to the loving family of Dorris and LaRay Roskelley (nee Thurston), in Logan, Utah.
She will always be remembered for her unconditional love, unfailing faith, and the exemplary way she lived her life.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Brooks; her children, Jennifer Woodruff (nee Brooks), Jamen Brooks, and Joanna Brooks; sons-in-law, Mark Woodruff and Jason Braun; and daughter-in-law, Erin Brooks (nee Burgie). Her legacy continues through her grandsons: Jaden Brooks, Alec Woodruff, Keaton Woodruff, and Tanner Woodruff.
Karen's family will welcome visitors wishing to pay respects at Valley View Funeral Home, located at 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City. Visitation is scheduled for January 5th between 6 and 8 PM. A private family graveside service will be held at Valley View Cemetery.
