Jim was born October 3, 1967; in Salt Lake City, Utah; to Allen and Sondra Bills. As an avid outdoorsman, Jim spent his time riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers, bow hunting, hiking, and playing with his grandchildren. He will be remembered as a loving husband, caring father, hard worker, respectable boss, and a wonderful friend.
His father, Allen, preceded him in death. Jim is survived by his wife, Roseanna; his mother, Sondra; his sister, Dixie (Dennis); his children Jessica (Bryon), Tyler (Becky), Stephen (Emily), and Andy (Bonnie); and his grandchildren Rosalie and Afton.
A viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12th from 6-8pm at Valley View Funeral Home (4335 W. 4100 S., West Valley City, UT 84120). The funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 13th from 10-11am at an LDS Chapel (4195 S. 6000 W., West Valley City, UT 84128).
