Jake died peacefully in his sleep on October 31, 2012. He was a beloved son, husband, father, friend, and a caring, compassionate nurse. Jake will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Tonia; his beautiful baby boy, “Lil Bug” Jaxson; 3 wonderful daughters, Vanessa, Chloee and Ella; parents, John and Starr Foley, and many dear, close friends.
