Wishing you the very best thru this difficult time. Dennis was very young at heart and will be missed by all who new him. 
Memories are the very best for your dad will be with you were ever you go. 


I'll always fondly remember the times Dennis and I were volunteer firefighters together, chasing smoke in Cedar Fort's, uh, vintage brush trucks. Bouncing around the dirt roads on suspension that was outdated in the 1970s, bouncing so hard our helmets hit the ceiling, Dennis shouting at me, "Drive it like you stole it!"
There was the time he and I were first on scene of a real smoker. Command radio'd us back to regroup, but we saw it was one big tree in a clearing. They still wanted us back, but we could see it would spread if we didn't stop it right away. I asked him what we should do, and he just grinned and said, "What are they gonna do, fire us?" 
We got yelled at when we were done, then old Mike Penovich told us, "Oh - and you did a hell of a job up there."
I'm better for having known you, bud. Rest easy.
