Delores M. Anderson

1933 ~ 2012

Delores M. Anderson our Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend returned to our Father in Heaven on December 2, 2012. She was born October 9,1933 in Newton, Kansas to Earl and Leah Galusha. She married Leland E. Anderson on October 9, 1953 in Salt Lake City, Utah; they were later sealed in the Manti Temple on June 14, 1969.

She retired from O.C. Tanners. Delores enjoyed crocheting, fishing trips with her close friend, John Gardner, spending time with family and her dogs. She also loved cooking and baking treats for family and friends. Delores is survived by her loving children, Shawn Lee (Trisha) Anderson and Kristine Jeanette (Roger K.) Larson; sister, Wanda Baker; 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Leland; Theople Belgard, Betty Roberts, Earl Galusha and Floyd Galusha.

Funeral Services for Delores will be held Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South. The family will receive friends at a visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
