Darlene was born in Logan, Utah to Grant and Ellen Bingham on June 8, 1948. She grew up in Bountiful, Utah with her five siblings whom she loved and had a wonderful life with.
Darlene was married to her soulmate, Dave for 34 years. Together they shared an amazing life with their seven children and 13 grandchildren. Darlene always had a strong work ethic and installed this in her children. She loved to serve others and made a difference in everyone’s life she came in contact with. Darlene and Dave loved traveling this beautiful country together in their motorhome. They loved fishing, four wheeling and exploring the west desert, old homesteads and old mines. Darlene always loved chasing the wild horses in the fields and loved frogs even more. She loved spending time with her brothers and sister and their families on many countless camping, fishing and hunting expeditions. Her love for her family and her zest for life and new adventure is what she lived for.
She loved her children and grandchildren and sharing her favorite fishing spots and her dad’s “secret” frog pond with them. She was so energetic and was always ready for an adventure with anyone, anywhere, anytime. She will truly be missed by all those who loved and knew her.
Darlene is survived by her husband Dave and their seven children and 13 grandchildren, John Keith, Kelly (Jennifer) Keith, John (Tammy) Fredrickson, Jennifer (Larry) Ujhely, Chris Fredrickson, Cody (Tiffany) Fredrickson, and Terry (Luke) Fredrickson. She is also survived by her brothers, Larry, Mike Rod, and Tom; sister, Lenna.
Our family would like to thank the staff and residents at Hunter Hollow for taking such good care of our mom. It made all those months a little more bearable for her. She met some really special people there, so thank you for that.
