Clara Corinne Patience Hathaway died July, 13, 2022. Born May 3, 1932 to George Leonard and Ellen Jane Champion Patience in Midvale, Utah. Married Vandis Jensen Hathaway on January 11, 1950 in the Salt Lake Temple. She was a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother, and Friend. She loved gardening, and her beautiful roses brought her great joy. She also enjoyed cooking and sewing. One of the family favorites was the amazing variety of delicious Christmas candy she created every year for the holiday season.
She is survived by her children; Douglas (Debe), Katherine (Lynn) Timothy, Norma (Scott) Aston, Barbara (Dee) Anderson, Ellen, and David (Jody); 28 grandchildren and 75 great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by a daughter, Dianna; husband; parents; and brother, George Edward Patience.
A private Graveside Service will be held at Valley View Memorial Park 4400 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah 84120.
