Brooklynn Dani Evans

Our perfect baby girl, Brooklynn Dani Evans was born July 21, 2015 into the loving arms of her parents and peacefully left this world in their loving arms, surrounded by family on August 1, 2015, due to complications following heart surgery.

Although Brooklynn was here for only a short time, her beautiful smile and sweet personality touched the lives of many. Brooklynn was such a joy to her parents and brought them so much happiness. We do not know why she was taken from us so soon, but we are so grateful for the time that we did get with her. Words cannot express how much we miss and love our little Brooky or what we wouldn’t give for one more day with her.

Brooklynn is survived by her loving parents, John and Jill Evans, her brothers Austin and Preston, sisters Mckenzy and Paityn and countless family members who loved her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her brother Brayden, Grandpa and Grandma Loader, Grandpa and Grandma Evans, Uncle Kendall and Uncle Brad who we know welcomed her with open arms into heaven and will watch over her until we see her again.

Funeral services will be held at Valley View Funeral Home 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah Thursday, August 6th at 3:00 with a viewing one hour prior.

In lieu of flowers, a donation account has been set up at any Zions bank under donation accounts for John and Jill Evans to help the family with medical expenses.
