1984 - 2018
Bretton was born in Salt Lake City Utah on December 10, 1984 and tragically passed far too soon, on March 28, 2018.
He was a beloved son to Sandy and Lynn Faucett, and a cherished brother to Carmen (Bracken), Dylan, and Kevin (Amelia) and an incredible uncle to his loving nieces and nephews.
Bretton had the intrinsic ability to take each shade of life and coalesce his emotion and perspective into incredibly unique tones of art, in the form of song, word, and paint. His eyes played on canvas, his hands poured down on sticks and keys, and his heart was a proud host to animals, family especially nieces & nephews, friends, the needy, or anything that could experience a lifetime of love in a moment. Bretton constantly tried to balance himself against the illusion of his self doubt with an immense output of acceptance and the need to pursue any and all rights of all living things. I genuinely believe that at the end of his performance on this stage, Bretton would conclude with a remark from his favorite muse, Jimmy Stewart “I always have a wonderful time, wherever I am, whomever I’m with.”
