He was born to Miriam and Sydney Gaynor. Steven grew up in Marblehead, Massachusetts and received his BA from Colby College in 1972. He was the proud owner of Gem Industries.
Steven is survived by his wife Dale, mother Miriam, daughters Jennifer Gaines and Lindsay Gaynor, stepsons Scott and Darren Bernstein, sisters Leslie Gaynor and Sheree Stewart, and granddaughters Samantha, Emily, and Rebecca Gaines, and Margot Bernstein.
Funeral arrangements will be held at Star of David in West Palm Beach at noon on Sunday November 12, 2017.
