Stephen Phillip Rowe, 78, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully at his home on
January 2, 2022. Steve was born on August 9, 1943 in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Steve and his wife, Allayne, were married in 1968 and were blessed with two children,
Anne Johnson (Gerry) and Judd Rowe. Steve graduated from Florida State University in 1965.
After graduating, Steve worked for Phil Rowe Signs and ultimately owned and operated the
business until his passing. Steve is survived by his wife of 53 years, Allayne, and his two children,
Anne Johnson (Gerry), and Judd Rowe. Steve is also survived by his sisters, Barbara Sory and
Susan Kelley, and his nephews and nieces. Steve was loved by his family and friends and will be
deeply missed. Due to COVID concerns, a private ceremony for family members only will be held at Quattlebaum Funeral Home.
