A passionate man who truly enjoyed life alongside of his devoted wife of more than 60 years, Magdalena Jassir. A dedicated father of his children, Frank Jassir (Claudia), Sandra Collura and Adrianne Cortman (David) and proud grandfather to his five grandsons, Michael and Alex Collura, Christian and Cameron Cortman and Samuel Jassir.

Raul loved his career with Pratt & Whitney for over 37 years, yet his true career was his family. Our loving husband, father and friend will be truly missed. A life of love and laughter heaven will truly gain.

A special Thank you to the helping hands and wonderful care of the Trust Bridge Hospice staff.

Our loving father and friend passed peacefully alongside of his family, his loving brother, Dr. Carlos Jassir, his devoted nephew Dr. Armando Estefan and his family and so many dear friends

The family will receive friends at Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL today, August 20, 2016 from 3:00 PM until funeral service at 4 PM. There will be a Memorial Mass celebrated in Colombia, South America at a later date this coming October.
