a resident of Jacksonville, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 29, 2021. She was born on April 30, 1956 in Hahira, Georgia to the late Eddie D. Evans, Sr. and Beatrice Wooten Evans. She was employed as an Administrative Secretary in Health Care.
Her memory will forever be cherished by her children, Tangie Carr and Dimitri's Shannon; grandchildren; siblings, other relatives and friends.
The Family will receive friends on Friday, August 6, 2021, 5 to 8 PM at Pentecostal Church of God in Christ, 1289 W. Bishop John D. Alexander Street, Riviera Beach, Florida. Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, August 7, 2021, 2 PM at The Church with Interment to follow in Royal Palm Memorial Gardens.
