Olga V. Montalban, age 77 of West Palm Beach, Florida was called to Heaven on May 26, 2013 to join her daughter, Luciana Montalban; whom has been waiting since 2004. Olga was born in Cuba on April 23, 1936 to her late parents, Mr. Pedro Ruiz Mesa and Mrs. Emilia Isaac Olmo. She later moved to the United States of America to begin a new life as a United States Citizen. Olga worked with Northern Telecom services as a Hand Solder Operator for over twenty five years until her retirement. She was a very charismatic, spunky and energetic person; who loved to dance, cook and take care of her pets and family. I guess you could say she was the backbone of the family. She will be remembered for getting up and dancing with her grandchildren to the sounds of one of her favorite entertainers, Celia Cruz and settling in for a nice Cafe' Cubano. Her memories will forever live in the hearts of her family most especially her loving and devoted husband of fifty seven years, Gregory Montalban; her adored daughter, Juana Montalban; and her precious grandchildren, Shanan Montalban, Shohnn Montalban and Malik Peroza. Family and friends may visit and pay respects on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Mizell-Faville-Zern Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33405, (561) 833-4061. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Mizell-Faville-Zern Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33405 with Father Quesnel Delvard the celebrant.
